I’ve done CrossFit for over 10 years and calluses can sure ruin a good time! Since using heavy handed cream 2x a day, my worries about ripping or tearing my hands are practically gone. It softens them up just enough to where there’s not a ton of uncomfortable friction happening during workouts. We use our hands a lot for other daily tasks.
