Motivation gone so soon?

We see it every year, gyms are packed, people are excited, and motivation is high but then... 📉

Why? It's not a lack of motivation, it's not that there's no time, and it's definitely not that you've reached your goals in a month, so why?

Gyms are not one size fits all!

If you're not feeling it at one gym, try another. If 24-hour fitness doesn't get you excited to lift, try Crossfit. If that doesn't do it for you, check out a boxing gym.

My point is that just because something works for one person doesn't mean it's a good fit for you. You should be excited to get up and sweat, and if you're not... it may be time to check out another spot. Trust me. There's plenty to choose from. 

This year let's strive to do better. Remember, the problem with putting something off till tomorrow is that before you know it, it's today.
